There is a certain energy hierarchy, when a genin attempts to stop a wave of natural energy the genin should get owned and die upon attempt. Why? Because the chakra consumption to stop said wave would be WAY to immense to even consider the feat. You preformed such a task like you stop waves of natural energy for breakfast! Wrong... Natural energy is Sannin worthy powers... and it should take, Jounin-Kage strength to stop such powers. Your Caesarea craps should require an awful lot of chakra consumption. Stopping potential energy is a grand feat in itself... food for thought

Now... converting peoples energy substances, there are some things on this site that you just can not manipulate. Lets take... I dunno... makai chakra for example.

If zeik fired a blast of execution at you, you stop the blast by infecting it with Caesarea energy. Makai infects whatever is applied to it so it would be a clash

Lets take the P.C now...

you attempt to stop it by infecting it wtih Caesarea energy... my P.C destroys anyting and everything it touches that is matter. Take the specific affects of peoples shit into account before converting their shit. Your energy is still energy and must deal with the special affects of everyon elses shit as well before converting it.

That was a really long post so ill break it down into points
Point 1.Ive read the whole hierarchy thing and now under stand that certain energy I cant manipulate such as Kekkei genkais because that wouldnt be fair at all and my Caesarea is completely separate from my chakra but requires chakra to use so i can run out of that without running out of chakra but i once i run out of chakra I cant use my Casarea anymore.
Point 2: In my ranking exam i thought you were supposed above and beyond with your power before u were initially ranked so that was a mistake on my part.
Point 3: My energy isnt the conduit for energy it consumes it and then converts it like your bankai but of a significantly smaller scale.(Think Kisame's sword) and it would be relatively simple to stop so one cold be consuming their potential energy then converting iti believe ill research it though.
I think I touched on everything you said but Im not going to use the energy in the way you think i am im much more creative than its really just a conduit for future endeavors that i wish not to reveal at this point
